124th Church Slava

Come and worship and break bread with your old and new friends.

Church SLAVA, JUNE 3 at 10 A.M.

Join us to celebrate our church Slava, Sunday, June 3rd. This is our 124th Slava and we will have a special guest, Diocesan Secretary, Hieromonk, Reverend Father Serafim Baltic.

Divine Liturgy begins at 10 a.m followed by a procession around the church on our new processional pathway "Pathway for Peace."  There will be a memorial service for all of the departed members of our community. The pathway will honor our own Metropolitan Christopher & 1st Archimandrite Father Theoclitos.

Following these activities, a banquet will be held in the hall around noon where we will perform the traditional cutting of the Slavski Kolach (Slava Bread), the Blessing of the food and the banquet.

If you haven't ordered your pathway paver, it's not too late. Order your paver today. We look forward to seeing you.

Psalm 1:3

He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.
